Inntelex is proud to announce a major step forward in our expansion: the completion of all underground utility infrastructure for our future headquarters.

As noted by our Operations Manager, Steve Holm, the project is moving forward with great momentum. With the site now fully prepped and connected to essential services, we have officially set our sights on a move-in target of Q2 or Q3 of 2026.

A Critical Milestone Achieved

While the physical structure has yet to rise, the work completed this week is arguably the most vital. The finalization of underground utilities—including electrical, data, water, and drainage systems—ensures that the new Inntelex campus will have the robust "nervous system" required to support our operations from day one.

Successfully navigating this phase means:

• Infrastructure is Secured: The site is now energized and ready for vertical construction.

• Timeline is on Track: Completing subsurface work reduces the risk of unforeseen delays, allowing us to confidently project our 2026 opening.

• Foundation Ready: We are now cleared to begin the next exciting phase: pouring the foundation and erecting the steel framework.
